The Clubs - East Grinstead has two clubs running at present. A recent addition has been the dojo at Fonthill Lodge School. Both clubs are small and have a friendly atmosphere, they are run by Sensei’s Neil Starks, Andy Cook and Paul Crook. These instructors bring a wealth of experience for you to tap. Fonthill Lodge School is the only dojo to hold children’s training sessions. |

Beginners are always welcome, the practice will be challenging but fun also. Age or ability is no barrier. Contact us for details. |

We use the aikido, as taught by Ueshiba Sensei, and various karate styles which have been blended into a unique mix to form Ryusui-ryu. The name means “like flowing water” and this is exactly the emphasis placed on the application of the styles techniques, strikes and covers. |
